Job Description

  • Job Title :Marine Security Officer (MSO)

Candidates applying should have good communication skills to be able to co-ordinate effectively and efficiently with the fellow MSO, MSTL and Crew Members.

Minimum Requirements

  •  Good communication skills
  •  Service in Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force or Para Military Forces
  •  Successful completion of a recognized Maritime Security Course
  •  Firearms Proficiency Certificate/Qualification

Documents

  •  Proof of service certificate and discharge papers
  •  STCW 95 / STCW 2010 Basic Safety Training (4 Modules)
  •  Seaman’s Book and Discharge Book
  •  Yellow Fever Inoculation Card
  •  Doctor’s letter confirming sound health
  •  Clean criminal record background check
  •  Passport with at least 2 years validity remaining
  •  Original copies of all certificates must be produced at interview stage, and copies of certification must be made available in paper and electronic form
